Ready for a quick catch up? Here’s what’s been happening in my world:
I grabbed a new book on ADHD to read next. I’m breezing through the Detective Rosetti series and decided it’s time for a non fiction break. Dirty Laundry: Why Adults with ADHD Are So Ashamed and What We Can Do to Help comes highly rated and I’m excited for my tools for my beloved superpower.
I've changed how I use the Structure app and it's even more useful now. I set multiple "check-in" reminders during the day (like to eat!) and 2 weeks later I can tell/feel a distinct difference.
Have you seen the viral facebook post about the free Harvard classes? I’m thinking of selecting a class for when boredom strikes.
